After downloading a web site, when I try to access a hyperlink it goes to the
page then instantly is covered with a popup saying that Javascript is not
enabled.  I checked the security settings in options and is enabeled.  It's
acting like I have popup blocker enabled but I have turned off google popup
blocker and IE blocker.  Any suggestions.
