Humm.. do you have the few lines before the crash in hts-log.txt ? I will
remove in the future the assert (this will only be a warning - this problem is
only a performance bug, but should not happend anyway) but it might be
interesting to detect why a duplicate file was downloaded somwehere (multiple
redirections, maybe)
