Include the "www." in your start URL.  If your example URL is your start URL
then set it to the following and you should get everything no problem:

<http://www.lyngsat.com/america.html>

Some pages have hardcoded links to the "www.lyngsat.com" which is not the same
as "lyngsat.com"
