It does; I've just tried it, starting with http://.

Of version 3.33, I would assume. If it is so, then
logic says that, since your software has remained
the same, any new problems must have come from a
change in the website or in your settings.

After I read your post I reinstalled 3.33 and,
using just the default settings, I put your URL
in my pipe and smoked. I mirrored the site
successfully, including your "America" page.
No problems. Well, except a minor Javascript one.
But this was no trouble for HTTrack. It downloaded
the HTML, though it returned a code-403("forbidden")
for the that page's Google javascript. Incidentally,
on this same subject, you wrote to this forum on
last May 26,

"...And no it is not javascript links.
I checked the html source and javascript is not
the problem."

As it turns out, your America page in fact contains
a Javascript error! Someone had apparently failed
to initialize a variable called google_ad_width
in the Googlesyndication script.

To get rid of the 403 error, I ran HTTrack again,
with just one change from the default settings.
I changed the "Browser Identity" to
Mozilla/4.0(compatible;MSIE5.0;Win32). I then
put in your America HTML and the URL of the
Googlesyndication .js file. The result?
No problemo, whatsoever. Take a look at the
hts-log:
