Okay guys, maybe someone else is interested in a solution:
Unfortunately nobody could tell me how it works, but in between I found a
workaround by myself:
I just splitted the list into parts of 10000 entries and let HTTrack download
it one by one. So there is still the problem, that not all the files are
stored in one dircetory, but it's okay so far.
