Have you tried specifying <http://www.ingdirect.es/html/homeizq.asp> as the start
URL? (This is the URL loaded by that hideous Javascript into a pointless
frameset). Might need to specify -n or -B to allow fetching images etc outside
of the /html directory -- experiment.
