I am trying to build an electronic library using e-books and appropriate
websites. Is it not illegal using HTTrack Web copier to copy sites for this
e-lbrary which is more of a post graduate research project? What are the
copyright issues involved? What is proper and what is not proper. I live in
Nigeria and work in a University Library.
