On the website I am trying to mirror I get a lot of Error: 	"Forbidden" (403),
because all the links on the pages indicate the directory (e.g.
/2003/200309-16/).

If I manually add "index.html" after the "/", a new page with the same problem
appears. But from that page, the links that I want to capture exist.

One way to solve this is of course to manually enter all URLs from the
logfile, but there is surely a quicker way to do this?
