I've seen that too, but it seems to be corrected by making sure that your
browser is working "off line" (look in the File menu).  Sometimes not all
links in the mirror are converted from absolute web links and your browser may
be trying to access a www site directly;  if you don't have a connection, this
can end up in a "freeze" situation, at least temporarily.
