I've succeeded in reproducing the bug.
It's at least when I choose "Test links in pages (bookmark test)"
I don't know if it exists in other cases.

It's not always located in C:\
I've seen some cases in E:\       ( extended local partition )
My mirrored webs are in E:\Web\...
