"No external pages" seems utterly bogus ; especially with "No error pages" ;

-> Bogus with NEL=on and NEP=on (bogus link)

Link to a directory listing with no ending slash 
-> I get a direct directory/index.html page (on-the-fly redirect handling)
with the three option variants (?)

text/plain with .zip extension 
-> I get a types/zip-wrong.txt file
-> Except when NEx=on (bogus type)

It definitely seems that there are some problems when "no external pages" is
enabled
