I would use IE for one page: File | Save as....

It's easiest and most practical for downloading only one page.  The associated
files (e.g., graphics) are downloaded to a directory with the same name as the
page.  Save it to your desktop and you should see what I mean.

HTTrack is very useful for actual mirrors with more than one level.
