2. Ideas? Modify the source code.

3. Tips? Please read the documentaion.

4. If you use the Perl script, you might be able to check if the URL is
relative or absolute to avoid renaming external links.

Thanks for trying yourself, If I am not wrong, I've told you the solution (1
click away). I think, above ones rename the local files only, so there won't
be any problem for external links/files.
