Thank you pablo adding that reply here. I really forgot to!

It's a windows problem (actually feature) by design.

Instead, use the whole command from hts-log.txt:
"C:\Program Files\WinHTTrack\httrack.exe"
<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/phy_club> -O1 /mywebsites/ -P 192.168.0.1:8080
Be sure to delete "-%F" from your commandline.

Parameters with % are processes by windows, so they can't reach HTTrack
intact.

Temporary Workaround: don't use parameters with %

Permanent Solution: If Xavier could offer alternative parameters OR Microsoft
could change the behavior.
