Hum again, might be related to URL size in fact - your 
URL is near the 1024 bytes (try to increase 
HTS_URLMAXSIZE to 1500) and ensure that the URL is 
correctly entered, without spaces, tabs or carriage 
returns.

If this does not work, use the 'URL list' option - 
argv/argc may have limits
