Hello:

I really don't kow to much about building a website, but I currently sell
cosmetics in Taiwan.  The company I represent is www.glominerals.com.  They
have informed me that I can copy there website and change the English to
Chinese.  The problem is that I'm not to familiar with coding.  So here are a
few problems I hope you can help:

1) I thought that I could use this software to copy the website and use
dreamweaver to change the text to Chinese.  The problem that I have run into
is that certain HTML pages can be changed, but other like the home page can't. 
Why is this?  I have done some research and it seems like the reason is that
the home page is a .jpg and needs to be altered in imageready or fireworks. 
Is this correct?
2) I thought that this software would copy the folder directory so that I
could upload it directly to my server and make the changes with the text and
the links, but it seemd like the directories are incorrect.  Did I do the
download of the website wrong?
3) I was thinking that the www.glominerals.com might be password protected,
but I was able to grab all of the HTML pages and also the images.  Could this
be the problem?
4) Last is there any software that can copy a wesite saving the folder
directory so that only using programs like dreamweaver change the links and
alter some of the code?
