The -r option sets up the depth, that is, the number of "clicks" httrack is
allowed to make fro the top index (NOT the first page, the top index)

r1 means "catch only one level", and r0 "catch only the first level links,
without parsing anything"

Hence, httrack doesn't parse the files with r0, and you never get the included
comment
