Subject: Do not Recatch does not work after second update

I used the --do-not-recatch tag to restrict httrack from downloading files I
have deleted. After running the full rip process I delete what I do not want
and then update. The first update works fine giving me 0kb files in the place
of the deleted files.
The second run is not so successful. If I run the update again, all the 0kb
files are redownloaded to there original full sizes.
I have tried both leaving the 0kb files alone while updating, and deleting
them before the update. Neither will work.
I'm using winhttrack 3.4-2 on XP pro.

This is my command line:
httrack (website) -O C:\webpages\website -C --updatehack -c6 -%c6 -A50000
--quiet --do-not-recatch -X0 -b1 -s0 -T20 -p2 -F "Java1.1.4"
