Are you talking about a single page with multiple links? Try --mirrorlinks
option:

httrack www.mywebsite.foo/linkspage.html -O ~/mywebsites/links -Y

Are all those links spreaded in several webpages of your website? Try
--ext-depth option:

httrack www.mywebsite.foo/index.html -O ~/mywebsites/links -%e1
