Subject: How to copy a dictionary or glossary site

I have tried to copy a glossary site, but then when browse offline I could not
look up the words as it is in the web. Only the first page is working. There
are other parts of the glossary from a drop down menu, but I could not get in
there. Actually I have tried to input:
<http://www.fetp.edu.vn/edictionary>
Could any one know how to get over this problem?
