Unless you have a local server with an alias to 127.0.0.1/mirror/path/dirname,
the URL
<http://mirror/path/dirname>
cannot be interpreted.

The mirror filenames will depend on the website server default (index.htm,
index.html, index.php, default.htm ...)

drupal doesn't serve .html files unless with a RewriteRule in .htaccess
