What is the starting URL ? If you start from
<http://www.navysite.de/cruisebooks/index.html>, you should not download
anything in upper level by default, except linkes images and css.

You can disable image/css download by erasing all default scan rules (Set
Options / Scan rules) ; this should do the trick.
