Often due to filters against offline browsers (due to 
bandwidth abuses). Try to set reasonnable limits (2 
simultaneous connections, AND limit the bandwidth if 
you have a fast pipe, use filters..), and change the 
browser ID if necessary. But, again, set limits when 
downloading large amount of data!
