Actually I should have said multiple projects.  And I use WinHTTrack.

For example, I'd like to tell WinHTTrack to copy
	Budget Travel from <http://www.budgettravelonline.com>
followed by
	Lonely Planet from <http://www.lonelyplanet.com>
and so on.
