You can try to add the host <http://217.75.242.165:8080/> to the url-filters. 

If you are operating HTTrack from the command line It is done by adding
+http://217.75.242.165:8080/* as parameter. 

If you are using WinHTTrack or WebHTTrack it you can add
+http://217.75.242.165:8080/* in the tab for Scan Rules settings.
