When trying to crawl any site we keep getting the following message in
hts-log.txt:

16:16:59  Warning:  Unexpected socket error during pre-loop

There is a corresponding timeout listed in the hts-err.log:

16:16:59  Warning:  Retry after error -4 (Receive Error) at link ...

This occurs regardless of the site, and it is still happening after the
machine has been re-booted. Other programs appear to be running fine.

Any ideas?
