I appreciate your help: following my tests, I begin to think that the problem
comes from some parameters in my configuration because the same problem exists
with MEMOWEB 4 which is the same tool type as HTTRACK.
Microsoft support is unable to answer or to give an idea!
My ISP could also be involved to stop the large bandwith usage.
I will keep you informed to help everyone.
