No, but this is quite simple:

- Windows:
everything in <program files>\winhttrack
plus zlib.dll if is wasn't in the windows system dll 
dir
and a registrek key (removed when uninstalling)

- Unix/Linux:
<binprefix>/bin/httrack
<libprefix>/lib/libhttrack.so.*
<docprefix>/doc/httrack/*
<etcprefix>/etc/httrack.conf
