I did already test it earlier on, when first posting my suggestion, and it
works just fine. :-)

It is a bit lowtech, but just tell HTTrack to mirror all the links (instead of
just the first one):

<http://web.canon.jp/imaging/enjoydslr/part2/index.html>

All the URLs should go into the field with 'Web Adresses: (URL)" - it is step
