Yes, this has been reported, I suspect some threads 
handlers not to be stopped in time when clicking 
on "Cancel" or twice "Cancel"
I will attempt to re-hunt down this bug, which is 
quite hard to detect, as the crash only occurs time to 
time when stopping a mirror.
