You click on the index.html file and that opens the starting mirrored page.

I don't know what you mean by * E *.  If you mean a link or button on a
mirrored page, that means that page wasn't mirrored (limits, filters,
robots.txt)  You can prevent that by options -> Build -> No external pages =
checked
