I tried this site with 3.32 and get the same results.

The main page uses frames making it harder to see the actual source.  Looking
at <http://www.allenware.com/sdem/sdmidx.htm>, all links are javascript
procedure calls which translate a string to a url.  Clicking on <quote>
<SCRIPT>sLnk("sdm000.htm","Introduction","Introduction - Making some notes to
mark up");</SCRIPT>

Takes you to <http://www.allenware.com/sdem/sdm000.htm>

Since there are no actual links on the pages and that httrack doesn't have a
true javascript parser, it can not mirror this site.
