Am I missing something here? I have added the links to the scan rules:

The missing links are absolute

Add them in the scan rules:
Set options > Scan Rules

+www.website_to_mirror.ext/path/filename1.ext

But when I browse the site locally, the links still try to connect to the
internet.

Am I missing a step or is there a way to avoid this?
