I've some specifics needs and I need your expertise and your experience. 

What I want to do is basically a 'diff' on a website. So the methodology is
straightforward: 
1. mirror the website, it will be my base copy
2. another day or week, mirror the same website in another directory
3. diff the two directories to be able to say:
a. which pages are been updated (or new)
b. what is the update

Unfortunately, if this method is straightforward, it's also unwise for the
bandwith (mine and mirrored sites). 

So, do you think httrack can help me?
