Sites with multiple languages comes in two flavors.  The simple is site/en/...
site/fr/... etc.  Easy to filter, easy to mirror.

Other sites use cookies to set the language.  For those you must create a
different mirror per language.  Set the cookie for the specific language (see
login via forms.) And most importantly, you must filter out those pages that
set/change the language.
