I have been trying for several days to figure out what kind of scan rules I
need to successfully grab this site.  No matter what I try, many images,
primarily those hosted via yimg.com and that dont have an extension in the img
tag dont get saved locally.  For example:

www.wickedtemptations.com/clothing-new-bodyzone.html

(from page source of local file)

Not only isnt the image being saved locally, but the local webpage still has
the external link rather than a local file.

I've tried all kinds of scan rules, including unlimited external links, *.*
wildcards, but I'm not having any luck.
