Never visited eautorepair.com, but it sound like they track session via IP
address. If you sit behind a NAT router, this would mean that any machine in
the LAN could access the site after a logon on one machine was performed.

If you some sort of "mobile phone" internet connection, chances are that
images are passed over a proxy which compresses them more "effciently" (loss
of quality and required bandwidth). It may also mean that the site sees a
different IP address for the picture request. This should, however, also occur
if you browse the site with your browser.
