Subject: 3.42-2 install disappears on Windows CP SP2

I just downloaded the WinHTTrack : Windows 95/98/NT/2K/XP httrack-3.42-2.exe
(from both the main site and mirror.)
The install dialog disappears a few seconds after starting and doews not
install.
