Oh, I should add, at the risk of repeating myself, that in accepting your
suggestion for the structure, it must use the unique number (mentioned in my
previous posts) for the directory name, or at least the beginning of the
directory name.  This is so I can place the directories containing the
mirrored pages into the directory containing the ZIP archives (which are named
with the unique numbers in question), sort the directory by name, and have the
archives and the mirrored directories right next to one another.  Then I can
drop the directories into the archives, which is the point of this whole
exercise.  :)
