| Hi,
The following is a partial extract from my attempt to
make a copy of the messages directory of Yahoo group
that I moderate. I have attempted to use the method
described by Kjell Knudsen, on Saturday, March 24,
2001.
My first attempt encountered a modified script name.
My second attempt encountered a javascript program that
no longer uses the standard authentication algorithms.

Yahoo Groups performance has become bad enough that
many of the members of the emaillist-moderators group
are interested in a reliable method to create a
non-Yahoo archive of their group.
Any suggestions?
WebZIP after manually getting through security was able
to download, but harvested too much. Ideally one is
only interested in the message(s) not the generated
lists about the messages, nor the expanded/non-expanded
views of the same information ...
WebCopier got something, but again not the desired
results.
