I am unable to load the links from the  following page:
<https://www.pwcmoneytree.com/MTPublic/ns/nav.jsp?page=colist&industry=2700&region=2101>

The access to the page is protected by a registration form which simply sets a
cookie.  I have tried reconfiguring the proxy as instructed, copying the
cookies.txt file, using IE, FF, even Chrome, but without success.

I need only one the first link (one level down, e.g.,
<https://www.pwcmoneytree.com/MTPublic/ns/nav.jsp?page=company&qtr=2008-2&companyid=258594>
for the first link in the list).

Can someone help (with detailed instructions, if possible).  Thanks in
advance.
