httrack and winhttrack (and webhttrack) are seperate programs and may have

Google definitely has a robots.txt so unless you override options -> Spider ->
Spider you won't get much.
But your real problem is that httrack can't connect.
If your browser needs proxy settings, then so does httrack.
Otherwise, something is blocking httrack. Check your firewall/antivirus
settings. | |
