Yes, you may need to configure the proxy settings. Go 
to Options/Proxy and enter your proxy address and the 
port (generally "proxy" (without quotes) as address 
and "8080" or "3128" as port should be fine)

If you get a "no data seem to have been transfered.." 
error message for all websites you are trying to 
capture, lack of proxy is generally the cause.
