Depends on your usage. 
One one site I mirror, the pages don't matter, I'm interested in the images
and videos so I use "images/other in web/xxx"
On another, I get multiple sites so I use site/xxx.
Others use site structure.
If you're not going to use the mirror except via browsing, it doesn't matter.
