Exactly the problem. Httrack can't handle the javascript. How would you
convert:
href="javascript:__doPostBack( 'ctl05$ArchiveTree156$trvArchives', 'sS||202')"

into a local file reference?
In this case even setting No External Pages won't prevent going back online.
