After installation and start of v3.16 I got an error 
message:

Winhttrack hat in TRID_P3D.DRV einen Fehler verursacht.
Winhttrack wird geschlossen.

(Winhttrack has produced an error in TRID_P3D.DRV .
 Winhttrack is terminated)

OS is Windows Me.
 
What is going wrong?
