Unless all the files are listed on the first page, you must allow httrack to
mirror the html to get all the links.
No need to exclude file types, see below:

The order of filters is IMPORTANT. The above excludes EVERYTHING (-*) and then
also excludes anything with htm in the filename. So you get nothing.
-* +*.gif +*.htm* will allow only gifs and htm/html files (but not php, cgi,
jsp etc.)
-* +mime:text/html +mime:image/* will get all image files and html files, but
nothing else.
