If you r using below ubuntu8 or interpid, then i am really sorry, they shut
down the repositories for gutsy or below version of ubuntu. so you will keep
getting 404 error and no updates will be provided to you until you upgrade
your ubuntu to recent version. else you can download the .deb package and use
it individually skipping this update or upgrade commands on the terminal.
