Ok, I'm not real good at this but I'm here

and I want to download ONLY the videos. No html, no scripts, nothing except
the FLV files. I've tried playing with the options but all I'm getting are a
ton of files titled "index3426.html.tmp" etc. I'm stuck and just don't
understand any further. Could someone please tell me step by step what I'm
supposed to do to accomplish this?
