Not an httrack question. Ask your service provider how to upload files.

A mirror is NOT a copy: if your blog had, say, user data (name, last post,
etc) Those will be static in the mirror. New posts will not update those
static pages.

A mirror is NOT a copy: You should have been backing up your blog from the
private side with whatever tools were provided.
